Returns
Items can be returned within 7 days of delivery
Items must be:
Unworn
Unwashed
In original condition (with tags & packaging)
We reserve the right to reject returns that don’t meet these conditions.
Exchanges
We offer exchanges if:
You received the wrong item
The size is incorrect
The item is damaged or defective
To request an exchange, contact us within 48 hours of receiving your order.
Refunds
Refunds are only issued if:
The item is defective or damaged
We cannot replace the item
Once approved:
Refunds will be processed within 3–7 working days
Refund will be made to your original payment method
Return Shipping
Customers are responsible for return shipping costs
Shipping fees are non-refundable
Non-returnable items
We do NOT accept returns for:
Worn or used caps
Items without original packaging
Sale/discounted items (unless faulty)
